Push and in-app alerts tied to real jobs—not generic spam.
Notifications are created for concrete events: technician assigned or en route, job started, leak check suggested, backyard access needed, manual assignment offers, extra repair payment required, repair issues reported, and onboarding steps for technicians (background check, exam, wallet setup). The mobile app registers OneSignal for push; the web customer panel shows the same history.
