One-Tap Technician

From the customer panel or mobile app you open a service request for leak detection, EcoSmart device installation, or repair. The platform assigns an available certified technician in your ZIP area. If nobody is free, your request is queued and a manual assignment offer can be sent to a technician—you confirm before the job is created. Technicians update job status (accepted, on the way, arrived, started) and can request backyard access when needed.
