Verified Pool Technicians
Background checks, training, wallet setup, and ratings—not open signup.
Technicians enter a guided onboarding pipeline: documents and application review, Checkr background screening (including admin manual review when required), exam and training scheduling, certification path, then Stripe Connect wallet for payouts. Only then can they receive jobs in their service area. After work, pool owners rate the visit; admins can suspend service or manage the Checkr queue.
